How it works
Map. Build. Run.
A simple engagement on purpose. Every stage produces something you can see working before you commit to the next.
Map
Find where AI pays
One call, then a short audit. I look at where time and money leak: the manual work, the dropped handoffs, the pipeline gaps. You get a ranked list of what to build first and what to leave alone.
Build
Inside the tools you already run
I build into your CRM, your inbox, Slack, your EMR or ERP. Most first systems go live in weeks, not quarters, and you see it working before we talk about the next one.
Run
Owned, watched, improved
Systems break when nobody owns them. I monitor, fix and improve what I build, and add the next system once the first one is paying for itself.
The first call
Thirty minutes, one honest answer.
No pitch deck. You describe the business, I ask a lot of questions, and you leave with something useful whether or not we work together.
You walk away with
- The two or three places AI would pay first in your business
- What I'd build first, and what I'd leave alone
- A straight answer on whether I'm the right fit
- If it fits, a scope and timeline for the first system
Questions
What people ask before we start.
Is it really just you?
Yes. You talk to me, I scope it, and I'm accountable for it. On larger builds I bring in specialists I've worked with for years, and I stay the one responsible for the result.
What does it cost?
It depends on what we build, so I don't publish a price list. Every engagement has to make mathematical sense for your business. We work out the numbers together on the first call.
Do I need clean data first?
No. Most of my clients start with spreadsheets, inboxes and a shared drive. Getting the data into shape is usually part of the first build.
Will I be locked in?
No. You own what I build: the accounts, the data, the prompts and the code. There's no long-term contract.
Which AI do you use?
Whatever fits the job. Mostly Claude, with other models where they're the better tool, wired into software you already pay for.
How is this different from an agency?
An agency sells you the senior person and staffs you with juniors. The person on your first call is the person building your system, so nothing gets lost in a handoff. It also means I work with a limited number of companies at a time.
Next step
Find the one system worth building first.
Thirty minutes with me. You bring the business, I bring an honest read on where AI pays and where it doesn't.
